Our History

In May 2002, the company began to operate brake pads project, achieved the national production license of the automotive brake linings that marks our factory qualification for domestic production of the brake linings, this indicates that our factory has obtained the production qualification of the domestic automobile brake liner.

In July 2003, set up one disc pads production line, with production area 7000 square meters, annual capacity 1.3 million sets.

In April 2004, passed the ISO9001 quality system certification, and finished the first batch brake pads that exported to Canada for 11000, it marks the company's brake pads successfully unlock the doors of the export market.

In August 2006, disc pads item number exceeded to 1000 items.

In October 2006, the company moved into TEMB industrial park in Qufu economic development .

In January 2008, the brake pads project move to TEMB industrial park, and in December, the company passed the ISO/TS16949:2002 quality management system certification.

In Mar. 2010, the brake pads project is registered to establish QUFU TEMB AUTO BRAKE CO.,LTD., which is controlled by Tianbo Group.

In August 2011, disc pads item number exceeded to 2100 items.

In March 2013, completed Taiwan Nan Hua press technological upgrading projects, the project total investment 8.6 million yuan, annual production capacity of 1.2-1.5 million.The project pressure machine all use Taiwan Nan Hua compressor production, more accurate temperature control and pressure. Streamline production process effectively shorten the production cycle, reduce service and turnover link, improve the quality of the product appearance.

From 2013 to the end of 2016, the company completed E-mark certification for 30 models, which laid a solid foundation for our development of the EU market.

At the end of June 2014, the shares of Tianbo Company were completely withdrawn, our company began to adjust the product structure and market structure. We have launched Tianbo ceramics, Tianmin ceramics, Tianmin semi-metal, alarm wiring harness, hand brake and other products to enrich product structure, and have changed the company's new economic growth point. The market development effect is remarkable, the domestic maintenance sale grows by a large margin.

In June 2018, the company began work on a new factory in the Xizou High-speed Railway Development Zone, the total investment is expected to be 200 million yuan.We have set up 6 steel backing plates production lines (including 3 smart production lines) , is expected to reach 12 million pieces by the end of 2019.

According to the company's plan, in the first half of 2019 we will build a new brake block workshop about 13,000 square meters . In the second half of 2019, we purchased 27 sets equipment and 1 production line of brake pads was set up. At the same time, we will add three production lines in the next three years , to achieve brake pad annual capacity of 6 million sets, back plate annual capacity of 24 million pieces.

Our Factory

Qufu TEMB Auto Brake Co., Ltd, is located in the hometown of Confucius, the great thinker and educator of ancient China— Qufu，mainly producing all kinds of automotive brake pads. The factory building area are of 20000 square meters, having more than 200 employees, including engineering and technical personnel more than 30 people. In May 2018，the company join in GaiShi Group, and established GaiShi Group Qufu TEMB Auto Brake Co., Ltd., is one of domestic large-scale production base of brake pads. We have set up 6 steel backing plates production lines (including 3 smart production lines) , is expected to reach 12 million pieces by the end of 2020.

Our company always adhere to the research and development goals of safety, environmental protection research, has established a good partnership with more than 40 domestic manufacturers, and have received the approval of large customers in the domestic market. The company existing more than 3300 kinds of products，in addition to having a large market share in China, the products are mainly sold to the Middle East, South America, North America, Europe and other major regions and countries.

Our Product

There are more than 3300 product models in our company, including brake pads, shims, sensor, backing plate and other major brake products, among which three brands and six series of brake pads: TEMB Low Steel, TEMB Ceramic, T-Max Semi-metallic, T-Max High end Ceramic, VKM High Performance and VKM Premium Ceramic. With the establishment of TEMB, T-Max and VKM brands, we are able to meet the total customer satisfaction for different levels of pricing and quality requirements. Meanwhile, there are four main formulation systems: low metallic, semi-metallic, ceramic and NAO, total over 20 formulations. All formula has already passed SAE test standards and ECE-R90 Certificate.

Our brake pads are suitable for all make of cars, like Volkswagen, Honda, Benz, Toyota, BMW and all other famous car brand.

Our Certificate

We began to develop brake pads products in 2001. Since 2003, in order to adapt to the development of the auto market, the company has set up a high standard, modern brake pads research and development base according to the requirements of high starting point, specialization and large batch. We are committed to the development, manufacture and sales of automobile brake components, the product performance in line with the GB5763-2008 standard requirements, SAE standards JISD to Japan and the United States. In April 2004, passed the ISO9001 quality system certification. In December 2008, successfully passed the IATF16949 quality management system certification. From 2013 to the end of 2016, the company completed E-mark certification for 30 items, which laid a solid foundation for our development of the EU market. And now our company has completed the E-MARK certification of 600 items and obtained the certificate.

Production Equipment

The company has a strong capability of technical research and development, complete test methods, and we have perfect raw material physical laboratory, chemical analysis laboratory and product performance test center, environmental test room, and advanced test methods such as dynamometer, constant-speed friction testing machine, CHASE friction testing machine, shear strength testing machine, etc.

The company has 20 hot pressing machines from Taiwan and 20 equal-ratio pressing machines. Taiwan press is the most advanced machine and equipment with high efficiency, and the qualified rate can reach 99.9%.

Production Market

The company is now producing more than 3300 kinds of brake pad products. It has established dozens of agents in domestic China market. In addition to having a large market share in China, the products are mainly sold to the Middle East, South America, North America, Europe and other major regions and countries.
